Joy in the Juggle: How to manage a busy life and avoid overwhelm.
Life is busy! And with many of us juggling work, family and other responsibilities, the reality is that recent studies fairly consistently find about 3/4 of uk adults admit feeling to sometimes feeling completely overwhelmed and/or unable to cope.
But is it possible to find joy in the juggle? Can we not just survive but even thrive in life’s crazy busy seasons? Is it possible to feel like you’re flourishing in home life AND work - and have energy for a social life as well?
Join Dr Kate Middleton and a panel of local voices as they talk honestly about juggling life’s demands, from chores and children to boundaries and burnout. They'll be sharing practical tips, honest stories, and life's wisdom.
