Tackling Anxiety Together

Many of us have found the last few years tough on our mental health.

But we can help each other.

The Tackling Anxiety Together course gives you a chance to join others with similar experiences, to talk through the issues and support each other.

How does it work?

Whether you have battled with your mental health in the past or found yourself struggling for the first time in recent weeks, we understand the challenge of the present circumstances. The Tackling Anxiety Together course is a chance to join other people with similar experiences online to talk through these issues and support one another. We look at tips to tackle the worrying habitual thoughts, as well as exploring what the Bible and God have to say about this topic. We will also hear stories from people on the team who are moving out of anxious thought patterns.

We’re here to support, to help and to listen.

Please note that this course is not run by health care professionals, but a group of people who have experienced anxiety themselves and are moving away from it.
